BIOGRAPHY
Daughter of a French teacher mother and a father director of a theater company (the Théâtre du Sable), Clémence Poésy took her first steps on stage at the age of 14. She then appeared on the small screen in TV films such as Tania Boréalis or L’étoile d’un été and Carnets d’ados – La vie nevertheless , before trying her hand at cinema by seducing Bruno Todeschini in L’Eté d’ Olga (2002), then playing the crazy daughter of the couple Carole Bouquet / André Wilms in the comedy Bienvenue chez les Rozes (2003).
Having left to live in England, she filmed the three-part historical epic Gunpowder, treason and plot , in which she played the Queen of Scotland Mary Stuart alongside Robert Carlyle , then participated in the American series Révélations , led by Bill Pullman and Natasha McElhone . French magician in 2005, she faced Daniel Radcliffe during the “Triwizard Tournament” at the center of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire , signed Mike Newell .
