BIOGRAPHY
Marie Petiot obtained her Literary baccalaureate with a Theater option in Cantal in 2009 before heading to Paris to continue her studies. She trained at Cours Florent for three years in the classical curriculum before joining promotion 33 of the Free Class in 2012. The same year she participated and won the Olga Horstig Prize which allowed her to be spotted by an agent . She began to film in particular for the television series My Dear Disappeared series directed by Stephane Kappes, Ligne de Mire TV film directed by Nicolas Hertz (Parents instructions for employment…) and the cinema Sweet Girls directed by Jean Paul Cardinaux and Xavier Ruiz, Neiges d’ autumn directed by Hugo Bardin. She also played in the theater, for example in 2013 at the Madeleine alongside Agnès Jaoui in Les uns sur les autres directed by Catherine Schaub. At the same time, she plays in projects with the La Cantine collective, creating with friends she met at school. Drops of water on burning stone, The Charcoal Painters…
