BIOGRAPHY
Mayra Hermosillo decided to be an actress from a very young age with the aim of telling real, interesting and transcendent stories. However, when she saw that the roles she wanted did not come, she decided to create her own scripts and portray the social conflicts that are experienced daily. in Mexico. She has since written, starred in and produced several short films that tour the festival circuit. As an actress she participated in several independent films such as Short Distances (2015) and The Romantic Hairdresser (2016), as well as in the Mexican theater productions of Jesus Super Star , playing Mary Magdalena, and Privacy , starring Diego Luna. On television, Mayra was a guest star in the 2018 crime drama Falco for Amazon Latin America. In 2020, Mayra joined the cast of season 2 of Narcos: Mexico playing Enedina Arellano Félix.
