Roberto Gonzalo Sosa Martínez, better known as Roberto Sosa , is a Mexican actor who was born on April 17, 1970 in Mexico City. Belonging to a family that has dedicated itself to acting, starting with his parents Evangelina Martínez and the director Beto Sosa Rodríguez, Roberto studied acting at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art, in Paris, France, in addition to taking specializations at the National School of Annie Fratellini Circus, also in France. Despite his acting degree, Sosa completed his studies with a degree in Documentary Film and Architectural History at Stanford University, in California, United States. Since his debut, in the film Walking Steps… Walked (1977), at the age of 7, Sosa has been one of the most constant actors in Mexican cinema, theater and television. Winner of two Ariel awards, as well as awards at the San Sebastián Festival and the Chicago International Festival, Roberto is one of the most beloved actors in Mexico. In theater, the actor has received very good reviews for his participation in works such as De la calle, Enemigo de la class, Madame Butterfly, Equus, Trainspotting .
